I've been lucky enough to get paid to take pictures of people for the last eight years. People are by far my favorite subject. Through the course of the year I photograph people for billboards, cd covers, magazines, and most importantly, fun. Each year I split off a portion of my time to work with outgoing individuals who want to have fun with their senior photos. I enjoy the time that we can spend creating something unusual and beautiful for you.
My approach to your photo session
Senior portraits with me are a fun and unique experience where you'll be treated more like a professional model and less like everyone else. I want to show you as you want to be shown - athletic, funny, fashionable, whatever. We'll spend time making images that give you a kick and we'll let someone else do the letterman's jacket leaning on a tree.
When we do photos I want you to enjoy being in front of the camera and go out of my way to not only get you great photos, but to make sure you have fun too. I approach each person as an individual and we'll spend time talking about what you want (even if you only have a general feeling) before we shoot. I tend to be loose with my time, but always on time, and it is my goal to present you with so many great photos that you have a hard time choosing.
I collaborate with a number of professional makeup artists and hair stylists who do amazing work. I highly encourage you to have one contribute to our shoot, but you don't have to.
